Method of designing a sample based on a (sampling) frame that contains all individuals of the target population. Methods of sampling a population depend on many parameters such as the sample selection process (with or without replacement and at random or not), the structure of sampling frame, the level of data disaggregation and analysis needed, and the budget available for the study.


Méthode de conception d’un échantillon sur la base d’un plan (d’échantillonnage) contenant tous les individus de la population cible. Les méthodes d’échantillonnage d’une population dépendent de nombreux paramètres tels que le processus de sélection de l’échantillon (avec ou sans remplacement et de façon aléatoire ou non), la structure du cadre d’échantillonnage, le niveau de ventilation des données et l’analyse requise et le budget disponible pour l’étude.


Método para diseñar una muestra basada en un marco (muestral) que contiene a todos los integrantes de la población objetivo. Los métodos de muestreo de una población dependen de numerosos parámetros tales como el proceso de selección de la muestra (con o sin sustituciones, aleatorio o no aleatorio), la estructura del marco muestral, el nivel de desagregación de los datos y el análisis requerido y el presupuesto del estudio.
