Definition
Method of design where each member of a population has an equal chance of being included in the sample. For that to happen, all of the units in the survey population should be listed.

Definición
Método de diseño que otorga a cada integrante de una población la misma oportunidad de ser incluido en la muestra. Para que esto sea posible, todas las unidades de la población encuestada deben estar representadas.
